The Westwood Group, under the theme “For Future Generations”, engages in activities in line with local needs, while forming partnerships with other entities that support the same principles as the group does, in the regions around the world where it conducts business activities.
In Malaysia, Westwood Group employees actively participate in a variety of initiatives to contribute to local society, particularly in financial and business education.
Orphanages in Selangor
The Westwood Group is an active supporter of various orphanages in and around Selangor. We actively engage with orphanages and pay for the provision of healthy and nutritious hot meals as well as educational tools in support of children in need.
Places of worship
The Westwood Group is also an active contributor to various religious groups in Malaysia having donated to all major religious factions to assist in the building of temples, churches, mosques etc.
W.A.T.E.R — in schools
Westwood Agarwood Tree Education Responsibility (W.A.T.E.R) Program was grandly held at SJK (C) AIK MING in Muar. Representatives from both parties and students participated in the tree planting session together. These agarwood saplings will become giant trees one day, symbolizing the nurture of the students to be our future inheriting the environmental protection philosophy upheld by the Westwood Group and carry it forward.
